Thankful

So my good friend was posting things she was grateful for and I thought that was a good idea, more for me to remember things really are good!

1. First I'm so incredibly grateful for a husband who works so hard. He has worked over 10 hours every day this week (Monday through Saturday) so we could take a few days off for Thanksgiving. Since we lost our job, he took a job as an electrician until we can find a regular job, and it means so much to me that he will do whatever necessary to keep a paycheck coming in and let me stay at home with the girls! Plus he is still chugging away at getting his MBA (only 3 more classes till we are done!)

2. I'm grateful for my beautiful babies. It has been the LONGEST week of my life, and I'm ready to hand them over to Grandma and Grandpa for a few days! But I really do love my girls and their energetic personalities!

It's a good thing these two are cute.....

So last night I made Brooklyn cry it out...and I feel like the WORST mom alive. I hate doing that. It just breaks my heart to hear them cry for you, and you ignore them. I just figured a 6 month old baby shouldn't be waking up every 2-3 hours (and I'm so stinkin tired!)! We'll see how she does tonight, but she did fall asleep all by herself at bedtime!
Yes I realize Ava's face is dirty....white chocolate covered oreos...yum yum!Brooklyn has found her feet!

I think her eyes just might stay blue!

It's us again.

Firstly, we would like to wish Grandpa Moyes a HAPPY HAPPY birthday!
Secondly, I noticed I blog alot. I think it's cause we don't have TV, so at night I post pictures. I'm sure Grandma and Grandpa don't mind!
Anyways here are some fun pictures of our day with Daddy home! Isn't he such a great dad! Ava LOVED painting his finger nails BRIGHT red. (So those of you at the Elders Quorum party tomorrow, check out his right hand!) And then this is Brooklyn and Rob enjoying a nap Do you notice how they both sleep with their eyes open a little? A weird trait Rob passed on....

My Chunka Chunk!

Of course Ava had Brooklyn laughing hysterically until I brought the camera out. So here is a fun video anyways!

Playing outside

So while Brooklyn took a little snooze, Ava and I went outside to play in the leaves.
This is her dumping leaves on me!

Time to start a diet.

Today I was asked when I was due. So since I am not due at ALL, a lady called me fat. How embarrasing (for me considering I HAD a baby 5 months ago)!!!! So I guess it's time to lose that baby weight finally. Thanks you mean crappy lady...you made my day stink!
Now I think I'm going to go have a good cry...and a twinkie...fat free of course

Nevada Day Parade

We love parades!
Today we went to the Nevada Day parade. And it was COLD and RAINING. But we had a good time anyways. Ava got TONS of candy (like we need anymore!) And they had so many fun fun entries.
Pooped out girls.

Painting/carving Pumkins

We painted and carved pumpkins with our friends. It was a lot harder to get things done with 4 kids between the two couples, but we had lots of fun! Brooke didn't get to participate too much!
That obviously didn't get to her too much!

Daddy and Ava scooping out the guts...

Halloween

Our friends had a super fun Halloween party with lots of yummy food and then trick-or-treating.
Pretty PrincessCutest lady bug EVER! (well besides when Ava was a ladybug....they tie!)

Our friend Danielle made a Cinderella dress and her husband was Prince Charming. She was the most popular person there! ALL the little girls wanted to be by Cinderella!

Ava wanted to go trick or treating with Cinderella!

Yummy candy!
