The Sacramento zoo was lots of fun. I thought Ava would be so excited about all the new animals, but she was more interested in all the free space to RUN! She would stop and look at an animal for 2-3 seconds, say WOW, and take off RUNNING. She seriously ran non stop for 2 hours. Rob and I were so exhausted from running after her! Her favorite animals were the tigers, and she got to pet a snake (which she thought was pretty neat!)

I have pictures of Madelyn in the same jeep and poking her head out of that other thingy! She was about the same age and I was preg with Miles...how the time flies. Miss you guys and can't wait to see the new baby!

ReplyDeleteFUn. I want to take the kids to the zoo this year too, but the hogle really does not compare to the sacramento zoo. Now that I think about it most of the animals are dead at Hogle, I think that they just stuff them and prop them.
