Everyone knows that Reno isn't our first choice for a place to live...in fact it's not our 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc...! However, with Lake Tahoe as our "backyard" it makes it worth it! Today we decided to hike down to Emerald Bay. Ava and I had a great time, as the pack mule (a.k.a. daddy) did most of the hard work...hauling around Ava. I just had to carry around a little backpack with some treats and water! Anyways, it's a little over a mile hike down into this bay. We had a great time hiking, and Ava was such a good girl the whole time! We are so excited for the summer when it's warmer so we can actually get in the water, especially Ava.
