I am such a lucky mom to be blessed with two sweet girls! Brooklyn is now sleeping 3-4 hours at night which has been great. She is such a sweet little baby.

Daddy's little cheerleader

Ava has finally gotten the nerve to stand on her dad's hands...which makes Rob so proud! He just can't wait for Brooklyn to be able to hold her head up so he can start training her!

Sleeping in

This was the beautiful miracle we experienced Saturday morning! Ava slept in till 9:00 a.m., and Brooklyn slept in 4 hour slots!!!!! YEA! I think it was due to Ava swimming for 2 hours the night before...she swam and jumped in the water till it wore her right out!

Rodeo Parade

Reno has a big week long rodeo, and they have a parade to kick off the events. We got great parking and great seats. They had tons of horses, marching bands, old cars, fire trucks, etc....
Ava loved the parade and Brooklyn slept the entire time, despite all the fire sirens and music that was blaring a few feet from her ears!Ava would clap and wave for EVERY float!

swimming

Our good friends, the Klinglers, let us go swimming with them the other night. Ava loved jumping off the side into Rob's arms!

Sisters

Ava adores her sister....she is crazy about her! She is always wanting to hold her, feed her, put her binky in...etc.

Playing in the tent

Rob put the tent up the other day just for fun, and we had a fun time playing in it!This picture cracks me up....

My Sweet girls

Well here are a few pictures! I'll get around to posting more when I am not so stinkin' sleep deprived! Brooklyn feels the need to wake up every two hours (which is much better than the every hour she was doing for about a week!) So until I get to sleep 3 hours in a row...here you go!
awwww....cute huh!
My mom made this cute blanket, and Brooklyn loves it. If you lay her on it she doesn't have to be swaddled! Helping Dad with the garden.

Thank you Thank you!!!!

I just wanted to THANKS to the most wonderful mom in the world for coming out to help us this last week! We had so much fun having her around, and she was a HUGE help. She left my house cleaner than it was when she got here, entertained Ava, and took Brooklyn for most of the night shifts! In fact, the night before she left she let me sleep the entire night...now how many moms of newborns can say that! Anyways I am so grateful to have my mom as my best friend, and I'm glad we were able to spend some time with her! THANKS mom and THANKS dad for letting us borrow her!

waving bye to dad

Bath time

Grandma gave Brooklyn her first bath...and she didn't mind it too much!
My tender little Ava! She was so upset that Brooklyn was sad, she wanted Grandma to stop washing Brooklyn and get her dressed!
All clean!
